Repairs and Exchanges
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged upon arrival please contact me ASAP. In this case I will send you a return label and send out a new piece once the package is in transit. Any orders placed within 6 months can be repaired at no additional fee, as long as it is from normal wear and tear. After 6 months small fees will apply to any repairs. Please email me with any concerns regarding this.
Sizing and Chains
If you receive an item and would like the item to be changed i.e. a longer/ shorter chain, added chain extender, resizing a ring I ask that you email me with this request. Small fees apply to any repairs. In this case I will email you the cost which includes the price of the repair and shipping. Most chains come with a standard 16” chain and there are options for 18” or 20” chains- I’d be happy to change out a chain for either of these lengths at no extra charge, you just have to cover shipping. If you want a custom longer length a small fee will apply along with shipping. I ask if you want a specific length- choose one before checking out or email me the special request.
If you have a piece that you would like me to polish or clean please email me this request. With most pieces I’d be happy to clean up a piece purchased from my website or store, as long as it is one of my pieces. I just ask that you pay for shipping.
There is a 30 day exchange policy. If you would like to exchange an item within this period we ask that you contact us via email. I ask that you pay for shipping to and depending on the price difference, you will either receive money back or pay the difference. After 30 days I will not accept any exchanges. If circumstances apply where there is a reason you could not send the item back for an exchange, I can work with you. I ask that you email me with the reason why and I’m always willing to work with someone because life does happen.
